 内申聞為悦候様被 仰出事候 一同年五月小原伊右衛門跡屋敷被下  置候   但右以前屋敷被下置候処湿地に付願之   上差上候事 一同年八月  徳翁様被為入候   但此後   徳翁様 土常様其外 栄寿院様   上々様方度々被為入侯事 一同四亥年八月小身に而大屋敷を拘  其上度々被為入候に付費も可在之被  思召向後金拾五両宛毎年被下置之  旨被 仰出候事 一同五子年五月於 御前元服被  仰付御手自御腰差被下置候事 一同年八月梶原九助跡屋敷御替被下置  且又度々被為入候に付御慰之為只今迄之  屋敷之庭木等拝領又は自分に而求候分此  度拝領之屋敷へ上より御引移被下之

現代語訳

内々申し聞かせ、喜びとするよう仰せ出され候事 一同年五月 小原伊右衛門跡屋敷を下し置かれ候   但し右以前屋敷を下し置かれ候処、湿地に付き願いの   上差し上げ候事 一同年八月  徳翁様がお入りになられ候   但しこの後   徳翁様、土常様その外、栄寿院様、   上々様方度々お入りになられ候事 一同四亥年八月 小身にて大屋敷を構え、 その上度々お入りになられ候に付き、費用も これあるべく 思し召し、向後金十五両ずつ毎年下し置かれる 旨を仰せ出され候事 一同五子年五月 御前において元服を 仰せ付けられ、御手ずから御腰差しを下し置かれ候事 一同年八月 梶原九助跡屋敷へ御替えを下し置かれ、 且つまた度々お入りになられ候に付き、御慰めの為、只今までの 屋敷の庭木等拝領又は自分にて求め候分、この 度拝領の屋敷へ上より御引き移しを下され

英語訳

he was privately informed and told to consider this as a cause for joy. One: Same year, 5th month - He was granted the former residence of Obara Iemon.   However, regarding the previous residence that had been granted to him, due to it being on wet ground, he requested   and was allowed to return it. One: Same year, 8th month -  Lord Tokuō honored him with a visit.   Note that after this,   Lord Tokuō, Lord Dojō, and others, including Lady Eijuin,   and various high-ranking persons frequently honored him with visits. One: Same year, 4th year of the Boar (Hōei 7, 1710), 8th month - Being of modest status yet maintaining a large residence, and moreover being frequently honored with visits, considering that expenses would be considerable, it was decreed that henceforth fifteen ryō would be granted annually. One: Same year, 5th year of the Rat (Hōei 8, 1711), 5th month - He was ordered to undergo his coming-of-age ceremony in the lord's presence, and was personally granted a sword by His Lordship. One: Same year, 8th month - He was granted an exchange to the former residence of Kajiwara Kyūsuke, and furthermore, due to the frequent visits he received, as consolation, the garden trees and such from his previous residence, whether received as gifts or acquired by himself, were graciously moved by order from above to the newly granted residence.
