無懈怠宜世話いたし候故之儀に付為御褒美
御羽織之代羽二重壱疋綿御添被下置候事

懈怠なく良い世話をしたという理由により、御褒美として御羽織の代わりに羽二重一疋に綿を添えて下し置かれたこと
一 同十二亥年二月、御前髪をお取りになったため、御祝儀として綿三把を下し置かれたこと

一 同十三子年七月、欽文様が御任官なされたため、御祝儀として綿五把を下し置かれたこと
