為御祝儀綿三把被下置候事
一同年二月 御任官御用繁多之所精出
相勤候段被 仰出候事
一同年五月 御入部為御祝儀只御紋之
御帷子地弐反被下置候事
一同年七月江戸表御備筋実用に行及候様教
場稽古世話いたし候様依而御書簡勤御
免被成是迄精出相勤候に付為御褒美麻御
上下壱具被下置候
但少知之上右勤被 仰付取続難渋可致
儀に付格別之訳を以金拾両つヽ無御借上
年々被下置之旨被 仰出候事
一同年八朔御太刀馬代 御献上

現代語訳
御祝儀として綿三把を下し置かれた事
一 同年二月、御任官の御用が繁多であるところ、精を出して勤めた旨を仰せ出された事
一 同年五月、御入部の御祝儀として、只御紋の御帷子地二反を下し置かれた事
一 同年七月、江戸表の御備筋が実用に及ぶよう、教場稽古の世話をするよう依頼され、御書簡勤を免じられた。これまで精を出して勤めたことにより、御褒美として麻の御上下一具を下し置かれた
ただし、少知の上で右の勤めを仰せ付けられ、取り続き難渋するであろうことにより、格別の訳をもって金十両ずつを無御借上で年々下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された事
一 同年八朔、御太刀馬代の御献上の御名代を勤めた事

英語訳
as celebratory gifts, he was granted three bundles of cotton
One: In the 2nd month of the same year, it was announced that he had diligently performed his duties despite the numerous tasks related to his official appointment
One: In the 5th month of the same year, as celebration for the lord's entry into the domain, he was granted two tan of silk gauze fabric bearing only the family crest
One: In the 7th month of the same year, he was assigned to oversee training ground practice so that the military preparations in Edo would be put to practical use, and was exempted from correspondence duties. For his diligent service up to this point, he was granted a set of hemp formal wear (kamishimo) as a reward
However, since this duty was assigned in addition to his small stipend and would cause continued financial hardship, as a special consideration, he was granted ten ryo in gold annually without obligation to repay, as announced
One: On the 8th month festival (Hassaku), he served as representative for the ceremonial presentation of tachi sword and horse tribute
