現代語訳
一 文化五辰年正月、蝦夷地御固の御用のため介添として赴いたことにより、大書院において御目見を仰せ付けられ、御流を頂戴して唐太島へ赴いた事
一 同年八月、帰陣したことにより、旅服のまま御目見を仕った事
一 同年十二月、蝦夷地御固の御用のため赴いた所、海陸の往来をはじめ、かの地において数日勤労し、御用を滞りなく済ませて帰陣したことにより、御城において御料理を下し置かれた事
一 同六年巳八月、蝦夷地御固の御用のため介添として赴いたことにより、綿一把を下し置かれた事
一 文化八未年十一月十九日、二十八歳にて病死、法名威列関霊居士、葬所同上

One: In the 1st month of Bunka 5, year of the dragon [1808], he was assigned an audience at the Great Study Hall (Ōshoin) for serving as an attendant for duties related to the defense of Ezo territory, received imperial sake, and departed for Karafuto Island
One: In the 8th month of the same year, upon returning from the campaign, he had an audience while still in travel attire
One: In the 12th month of the same year, having departed for duties related to the defense of Ezo territory, he undertook sea and land travel and worked diligently for several days at that location, completed his duties without delay, and returned from the campaign, for which he was granted a meal at the castle
One: In the 8th month of the 6th year, year of the snake [1809], for serving as an attendant for duties related to the defense of Ezo territory, he was granted one bundle of cotton
One: On the 19th day of the 11th month of Bunka 8, year of the sheep [1811], he died of illness at age 28, Buddhist name Iretsu Kanrei Koji, burial site same as above
