一 正徳五未年六月、同姓三郎兵衛の二男権七を養子にしたい旨の願いが許された事
一 同年七月、病身につき有り難い御意向により御長頭を仰せ付けられた事
一 享保八卯年五月、願いの通り息子権七が御番代を仰せ付けられた事
一 同十五戌年十一月二十七日病死、法名徳巌隆功居士、葬所は万松山天寧寺

英語訳
One: In the 4th month of the same year, he received custody of Aose Isaburō and transferred him to Makihara Ichirōbei's residence in the 5th month of the same year
One: In the 9th month of the same year, he went up to Edo for guard duty and returned in the 3rd month of the following year of the rooster
One: In the 6th month of Shōtoku 5, year of the sheep [1715], his request to adopt Gonshichi, the second son of his clan relative Saburōbei, was granted
One: In the 7th month of the same year, due to poor health, through gracious consideration, he was appointed to the position of o-nagatō
One: In the 5th month of Kyōhō 8, year of the rabbit [1723], as requested, his son Gonshichi was appointed as his deputy in guard duty
One: He died of illness on the 27th day of the 11th month of the 15th year, year of the dog [1730]. His posthumous Buddhist name was Tokugan Ryūkō Koji, and he was buried at Manshōzan Tenneiji Temple

Actually the second son of Tanaka Saburōbei Gentoku
Wife: Daughter of Yanase Kanji Naohisa, died of illness on the 16th day of the 2nd month of Hōreki 4, year of the dog [1754]. Her posthumous Buddhist name was Keishōin, buried at the same location
