鴻（こう）
性（せい）鴈（がん）に同（おな）じ其味（そのあちはひ）鴈（がん）に劣（おと）らず其臭（そのにほひ）は鶴（つる）に似（に）たり
故（ゆへ）に尤（もつとも）賞美（せうび）す但（たゝ）其肉（そのにく）少（すこ）しく硬（かた）きのみ
