味は甘く平性で毒はない。鳥類中の美味で、大いに五臓を
補う。食べて益がある。病人が忌避すべきことはない。ただし四月以前は食べては
いけない。四月以後は食べてよい。きのこと一緒に食べると痔
を発症する。
