但幼年者勿論御番見習ひとして出仕候共御番入
不被 仰付候内は小普請金上納可有之事
一於御在所屋敷替之節自分にて致置候内建具
小棚等に至る迄相互其侭不手附差置可被申候
若新規之屋敷被下候ハゝ手支無之住居相成候様
相応に御手当可被成下候事
一御仕置者有之場所江役人之外一切出合被申間敷事
右之趣被 仰出候条急度可被相守候末々又ものに
至る迄其頭主人より可被申付者也

現代語訳
ただし幼年者はもちろん、御番見習いとして出仕していても、御番入りを仰せ付けられていない間は小普請金を上納すること
一、御在所で屋敷替えの際、自分で設置しておいた内建具・小棚等に至るまで、相互にそのまま手を付けずに差し置かれるべきこと。もし新規の屋敷を下されるならば、支障なく住居が整うよう、相応に御手当を成し下されること
一、御仕置者がいる場所へは、役人以外は一切立ち合ってはならないこと
右の趣旨が仰せ出されたので、厳格に守られるべきである。末々の者や又者に至るまで、その頭・主人より申し付けられるものである

英語訳
However, young persons are naturally included, and even those serving as attendant trainees (oban minarai), as long as they have not been appointed to full attendant duties, must pay the maintenance fee (kobushin-kin).
Article: When residences are reassigned within the domain, all interior fixtures and small shelves that individuals have installed themselves shall be left untouched by mutual agreement. If new residences are granted, appropriate allowances shall be provided to ensure comfortable living arrangements without hindrance.
Article: At places where punishments are being carried out, no one except officials shall be present to witness.
The above matters have been decreed and must be strictly observed. This shall be communicated by heads and masters to all subordinates, including the lowest-ranking retainers and servants.
