一於御在所　御城内之儀者不及申江戸御屋敷内
　幷御家中屋敷御長屋向等迄常々火之元可被念入事
一諸番所勤番之儀者兼而被　仰出候張紙幷
　書付之通弥堅可被相守事
一自分用事にて他領江被罷越候節者相願ひ
　候之上可被任差図候江戸表之儀者都而他出之節
　出入共に筋々江可被相届事
　　但江戸表にて他出之節朝六時過罷出暮相を
　　かきり可被帰候若遠方其外無拠儀にて
　　夜に入可申候ハゝ其趣先達而相断可被出事
一持人馬之儀者申去享保年中被　仰出候御定書

仰せ書覚え

一、御在所において、御城内のことは申すまでもなく、江戸御屋敷内および御家中屋敷・御長屋向等まで、常々火の元に念を入れられるべきこと

一、諸番所勤番のことは、かねて仰せ出されている張り紙および書付の通り、いよいよ堅く相守られるべきこと

一、自分用事にて他領へ罷り越される節は、相願いの上、差図に任されるべく候。江戸表のことは、すべて他出の節、出入共に筋々へ相届けられるべきこと
　　ただし江戸表にて他出の節、朝六時過ぎに罷り出で、暮れ相（午後六時頃）を限りに帰られるべく候。もし遠方その他やむを得ない事情にて夜に入ることになる場合は、その趣を先だって相断りして出られるべきこと

一、持ち人馬のことは、去る享保年中に仰せ出された御定書

1. When traveling to other domains for personal business, proper application must be made and permission obtained. For matters in Edo, whenever going out, both departure and return must be reported to the appropriate authorities.
However, when going out in Edo, one may depart after 6 AM and must return by evening twilight (around 6 PM). If unavoidable circumstances such as distant travel require staying out into the night, prior notice of such intent must be given before departure.
