之通可被相心得事
一御合力扶持之外長病にて無勤之面々引込七ケ月に
及ひ候ハゝ高百石弐両図之小普請金可有上納候無足
已下且足軽共迄茂み右之割合を以可相納事
但幼年者勿論御番見習ひとして出仕候共御番入
不被 仰付候内は小普請金上納可有之事
一於御在所屋敷替之節自分にて致置候内建具
小棚等に至る迄相互其侭不手附差置可被申候
若新規之屋敷被下候者手支無之住居相成
候之様相応に御手当可被成下候事
一御仕置もの有之場所江役人之外一切出合被申
間敷事
右之趣被 仰出候条急度可被相守候末々
又ものに至る迄其頭主人より可被申付者也

の通り心得られるべきこと
一、御合力扶持のほか、長病にて無勤の面々が引き込み七ヶ月に及ぶ場合は、高百石につき二両ずつの小普請金を上納すべく候。無足以下かつ足軽共まで、皆右の割合をもって相納めるべきこと
ただし幼年者はもちろん、御番見習いとして出仕する者も、御番入を仰せ付けられない内は小普請金上納があるべきこと
一、御在所において屋敷替えの節、自分にて設置した内建具・小棚等に至るまで、相互にそのまま手を付けずに差し置かれるべく申すこと。もし新規の屋敷を下される者は、手支えなく住居が相成るよう、相応に御手当を成し下されるべきこと
一、御仕置きものある場所へ、役人のほか一切出合い申すべからざること
右の趣を仰せ出され候条、急度相守られるべく候。末々又者に至るまで、その頭・主人より申し付けらるべきものなり

1. In addition to regular stipends and rice allowances, those who are absent from duty due to prolonged illness for seven months shall pay a maintenance fee of two ryō per hundred koku of stipend. Those without stipend (mushoku) and below, as well as foot soldiers, shall all pay according to this rate.
However, minors and those serving as trainees for guard duty who have not yet been appointed to official guard positions must also pay the maintenance fee.
1. When residences are reassigned at the domain seat, interior fittings, small shelves, and other items installed by the occupants themselves shall be left untouched for mutual use. For those granted new residences, appropriate assistance shall be provided so they may take up residence without financial difficulty.
1. At places where punishments are carried out, no one except officials shall be present as observers.
These matters having been proclaimed, they must be strictly observed. From the highest retainers down to the lowest servants, these instructions shall be conveyed through their respective superiors and masters.
