恐れながら
私の親類である麻屋勘右衛門が願い出ておりました楊酒（薬酒）の売買を行っておりましたが、都合が悪くなりましたので商売を止め、鑑札を返納いたしたく存じます。つきましては願い出申し上げます。
右の件につき、ご慈悲をもって 霜町

四月三日に中山少属様から丁代方へ回文があり、
四日に札返納の沙汰があった。こちらへは直接沙汰はなく、丁代方への回文で承知した。
恐れながら口上書をもって願い出申し上げます
私は紺屋の職を営んでおりましたが、病気のため商売を止めたく存じます。つきましては鑑札を返納いたしたく存じます。
