得共何卒以 御憐愍人馬御扶助被成下繕等出来
仕候様丁内一統偏ニ奉願上候
右之趣以 御慈悲奉願上候通被為 仰付被

恐れながら
私共の町内の道筋が悪くなり、人馬が難渋しております。町内に困窮人が多いため、修繕等を自分たちでは行うことができず、恐縮な時節柄でございますが、何卒御憐愍をもって人馬御扶助を賜り、修繕等ができますよう、町内一統偏に願い上げます。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって願い上げました通りお仰せ付けくださいましたら、有り難い仕合いに存じます。以上

The roads in our town district have become deteriorated, causing great difficulty for people and horses. Since there are many impoverished people in our town, we cannot manage repairs ourselves. Although we are ashamed to make requests in these troubled times, we humbly petition that you show compassion and provide assistance for people and horses so that repairs can be completed. All residents of the town district earnestly make this request.
If you would graciously grant our petition as stated above, we would consider it a most fortunate blessing.
