書上可申候町役人丁代私之趣意を以町順
相立候様相成不申候間万端覚上之通相心得
可申候段被 仰付一統奉畏月番岡市郎兵衛
御請申上候尚又右御請申上候上
御奉行様より御書役中を以被 仰出候者此度
商売躰御書付之儀二付町役人丁代不 之
町様扱申釁隙を費し書業を怠り
候儀不宜候七町丁代之儀も申合候迄役願書

此度東海道大磯袋井当宿
困窮二付人馬賃銭割増左之通

中五ヶ年之間人馬賃銭都合
五割増申付置候處猶又 袋井宿
当辰より十月来酉九月迄中

書き上げを申すべき候。町役人・丁代が私の趣意をもって町の順序を立てるようになってはならないので、万端覚書の通り心得申すべき段を仰せ付けられ、一統畏まって月番の岡市郎兵衛が御請けを申し上げた。なお又、右の御請けを申し上げた上で、御奉行様より御書役中を通じて仰せ出されたのは、このたび商売体の御書付の件について、町役人・丁代が不届きにも町の格扱いを申し立て、無駄な時間を費やし書業を怠った件は宜しくない。七町丁代の件も申し合わせただけで役職願書を差し出した件は不埒なことである。この以後十町は私的な示し合わせをせず、万端これまで通り心得申すべきである。

右の通り仰せ出され、有り難く拝承した。御書役中と一統で御礼に参上した。
このたび東海道大磯宿・袋井宿が当宿の困窮につき、人馬賃銭割増を左の通り受け取るべき旨申し渡し：
東海道
去る寅年十月より当辰年九月まで 大磯宿
中五ヶ年の間、人馬賃銭都合 袋井宿
五割増を申し付け置いたところ、なお又
当辰年十月より来る酉年九月まで中
五ヶ年の間、これまで通り五割増

The matter of the seven town representatives merely consulting among themselves and submitting resignation petitions is also misconduct. Hereafter, the ten towns must not engage in private consultations and should conduct all affairs as they have up to now.
