させ可もうし候若遠国渡海等二而不都合之場所者

停止されることになりますので、一字二分判所持者たちは油断なく、様々に引き替えを申し付けなければなりません。もちろん御料地は御代官が、私領は領主・地頭が申し付けて、遠国に至るまで残らずように引き替えをさせるべきです。もし遠国・渡海等で不都合な場所があれば、その御代官・地頭がしっかりと取り次いで、最寄りの引替所へ差し出すようにすべきです。
右の趣旨を触れ回すこと

在郷において盗賊悪党者がいる場合に捕らえるよう、村役人から穢多非人共へ申し付けておいた以上は、無宿者を捕らえても早速村役人へ申し立てて指図を仰ぐべきことであって、自分勝手な取り計らいはしてはならないことです。しかるに盗みや悪事等があったといって百姓等に縄をかけて取り調べることなどもあり、不届きなことです。このたび右の不届きに及んだ能登国領下村番の非人茂助外二人は、村役人等まで、それぞれお仕置きを申し付けられました。今後このようなことは決してしてはなりません。
右の趣旨について、御領は御代官所、私領は領主・地頭より漏らすことなくきっと申し渡すこと。
