　其外之寺社破損推而知るへし但運次第軽く響候
　所も多有之よし
　御所之内摂家方宮方公家衆屋鋪大破損ハ無之
　候築地の崩所々小屋之破損も大方同様二候町家通
　筋大家ハゆかミ候程二て大破損無之小家ハ所々潰
　れ候所多土蔵ハ大半破損多候
一此方屋鋪西表門側築地壁無難東南北三方築

現代語訳

その他の寺社の破損は推して知るべきですが、運次第で軽い被害で済んだ所も多くあったということです。

御所の内、摂家方・宮方・公家衆の屋敷に大破損はありませんでした。築地の崩れ、所々の小屋の破損もほぼ同様です。町家通りでは、大きな家は揺れた程度で大破損はなく、小さな家は所々潰れた所が多くありました。土蔵は大半が破損が多くありました。

一、こちらの屋敷は、西表門側の築地壁は無事でしたが、東南北三方の築地壁は大半が破壊されました。

玄関は強く響き、内玄関は小屋なので屋根が落ちました。土蔵・宝屋・未蔵は少しの被害でした。

　奥蔵二ヶ所のうち、一ヶ所は少しの被害、一ヶ所は被害がありました。ただし奥の二ヶ所の蔵は先月より根張りをしており、垣根は大丈夫で壁が落ちただけです。いずれも修復する場所はその以前からのものなので、幸いでした。
　北の隠居小屋なので少し被害がありました。
　　用心のため、もちろん無人なので南の本宅の方に集まって凌いでおります。
　　近々修復し、地震も治まったら帰ろうと思います。皆一同無事に凌いでおり、驚くこともなく気丈にしております。ご安心ください。
　　全く運が良いことで、大変喜ばしく思います。
一、家親類衆の屋敷は少々の違いはありますが、だいたい同様で大破損はありません。

The damage to other temples and shrines can be inferred, but it is said that many places suffered only light damage depending on their fortune.

Within the Imperial Palace, there was no major damage to the residences of the regent families (sekke), imperial family members, and court nobles. The collapsed walls and damaged buildings here and there were mostly similar. Along the townhouse streets, large houses only shook without major damage, while many small houses collapsed in various places. Most storehouses suffered considerable damage.

1. At our residence, the earthen walls on the west front gate side were unharmed, but the earthen walls on the east, south, and north sides were mostly destroyed.

The entrance hall resonated strongly, and the inner entrance hall, being a simple structure, had its roof fall. The earthen storehouse, treasure house, and未蔵 (storage building) suffered slight damage.

　Of the two rear storehouses, one suffered slight damage and one had damage. However, the two rear storehouses had their foundations reinforced since last month, the fences are fine, and only the walls fell. Since the places needing repair were from before this incident, it was fortunate.
　The north retirement cottage suffered some damage because it is a simple structure.
　　As a precaution, since it is naturally uninhabited, we have gathered at the main residence to the south and are getting by.
　　We plan to repair soon and return when the earthquakes subside. Everyone is getting by safely without panic and remaining strong. Please be at ease.
