現代語訳
一、六月二十九日、この度大安院様の御位牌を高野山へ御安置することになったため、京都へ赴き、先日仰せ付けられていた御位牌を受け取り、高野山大徳院へ納めるよう、桑原源太左衛門・加藤金兵衛に仰せ付けられた。
一、七月五日、浄光院において昨四日夕方から今朝まで、大安院様の御百ヶ日の御法事が執り行われた。大安寺においても御石塔の御供養が行われた。
一、同月六日、御生身魂の御祝儀のため、御使者を以て御先代の通り黄金十両を献上された。御台様へは鯖五十刺一箱、御樽一荷を差し上げられた。
一、同月七日、御不快のため御登城を御断りされた。
一、同月九日、盆中の踊り・辻相撲を禁止する旨が仰せ出された。
一、同月十七日、仙菊様の御養子の御礼を仰せ付けられたので、明十八日四時前に御同道にて御登城されるべき旨を、渡辺大隅守（綱貞）殿より申してきた。
一、同月十八日、昌親様・仙菊様が御同道にて御登城し、御養子の御礼を仰せ上げられるところ、御不快のため御登城を御断りされた。これにより御使者芦田図書（吉賢）を以て、公方様へ御太刀・金馬代・猩々緋十間を献上され、御台様へ晒布二十疋を献上された。

1. On June 29th, as Daian-in sama's memorial tablet was to be enshrined at Mount Kōya, Kuwabara Gentazaemon and Katō Kinbei were ordered to travel to Kyoto, receive the memorial tablet that had been previously ordered, and enshrine it at Daitoku-in on Mount Kōya.
1. On July 5th, from the evening of the 4th until this morning, the 100th-day memorial service for Daian-in sama was conducted at Jōkō-in. Memorial services were also held at the stone pagoda at Daian-ji temple.
1. On the 6th of the same month, for the celebration of the living soul memorial, following the precedent of previous generations, ten ryō of gold were presented through a messenger. To Midaidokoro sama, a box of fifty skewered mackerel and one load of sake barrels were offered.
1. On the 7th of the same month, attendance at the castle was declined due to illness.
1. On the 9th of the same month, a prohibition against dancing and street sumo wrestling during the Bon festival was announced.
1. On the 17th of the same month, Watanabe Ōsumi-no-kami (Tsunasada) dono sent word that as the celebration for Senkiku sama's adoption had been ordered, they should attend the castle together before the fourth hour on the 18th.
1. On the 18th of the same month, Masachika sama and Senkiku sama were to attend the castle together to offer congratulations for the adoption, but attendance was declined due to illness. Therefore, through the messenger Ashida Zusho (Yoshikata), a ceremonial sword, gold horse substitute, and ten tan of scarlet silk were presented to Kubō sama, and twenty bolts of bleached cotton cloth were presented to Midaidokoro sama.
