一七月廿七日万姫様鳥越御屋敷ゟ霊岸嶋御屋敷《割書：江》御引移
一八月朔日御不快《割書：ニ》付御登城御断 依之御使者酒井孫四郎《割書：元｜宣》を以
御太刀馬代《割書：黄金｜十両》被献之
一同月四日今度御家督無御相違被仰出候 為御祝儀御使者

土屋但馬守
領国の初鱈三尾を進上されたことを披露いたしましたところ、一段の御仕合わせでございます。恐々謹言
七月十九日 数直（花押）
一、七月二十七日、万姫様が鳥越御屋敷から霊岸島御屋敷へ御引き移りされた。
一、八月朔日、御不快のため御登城を御断りし、これにより御使者酒井孫四郎（元宣）を以て御太刀馬代（黄金十両）を献上された。
一、同月四日、今度の御家督相続に相違なく仰せ出されたことへの御祝儀として、御使者天方五郎左衛門（友貞）を以て、禁裏へ御太刀馬代並びに三種二荷を献上された。
女院御所、本院御所へも献上物があった（御品は詳細不明）。五郎左衛門は今日江戸を出立した。
一、同月十七日、浄光院において去る十五日から今朝まで、慶寿院様の十七回忌御法事が御執行された。
一、九月九日、重陽の御祝儀として本多孫太郎（長員）をはじめ御家老から御小袖

1. On July 27th, Man-hime sama moved from the Torigoe residence to the Reiganjima residence.
1. On August 1st, due to illness, attendance at the castle was declined, and accordingly, through messenger Sakai Magoshirō (Motonobu), a ceremonial sword and horse substitute (ten ryō of gold) were presented.
1. On the 4th of the same month, as the succession had been officially announced without issue, as congratulatory gifts, through messenger Amakata Gorōzaemon (Tomosada), a ceremonial sword, horse substitute, and three types in two loads were presented to the Imperial Palace.
Offerings were also made to the Empress Dowager's Palace and the Main Palace (details of the gifts unknown). Gorōzaemon departed from Edo today.
1. On the 17th of the same month, at Jōkōin temple, from the 15th until this morning, the 17th anniversary memorial service for Keijuin sama was conducted.
