従四位下行兵部大輔源朝臣昌親

勅命を奉じて宣す。当該人物を侍従に任命すべし。
延宝二年十二月三十日 大外記兼掃部頭造酒正中原朝臣師貞が奉る
一、三月二十四日、浄光院において去る二十日から今日まで、大安院様の一周忌法事を執り行った。
ただし西久保天徳寺においても二十三日夕方から今朝まで、布与姫様からの法事を執り行った。
一、四月十三日、御老中稲葉美濃守正則殿、土屋但馬守数直殿から奉書をもって連絡があった。来る十七日は大猷院様二十五回忌法事執行中のため、紅葉山から還御の後、烏帽子直垂にて紅葉山へ参詣すべき旨が伝えられた。二十日は東叡山の大猷院様御仏殿へ予参すべき旨申してきた。
一、同月十七日、御不快のため紅葉山への参詣は行われなかった。

1. On the 24th day of the 3rd month, the first anniversary memorial service for Lord Daian-in was conducted at Jōkō-in from the 20th until today.
However, at Tentoku-ji in Nishikubo as well, memorial services were conducted from the evening of the 23rd until this morning, sponsored by Princess Fuyo.
1. On the 13th day of the 4th month, official letters came from Senior Councilors Lord Inaba Mino-no-kami Masanori and Lord Tsuchiya Tajima-no-kami Kazunao. Regarding the 17th day: as the 25th anniversary memorial service for Lord Daiyū-in is being conducted, after returning from Momijiyama, one should visit Momijiyama wearing eboshi and hitatare court dress. For the 20th day, they requested advance participation at the Buddha hall of Lord Daiyū-in at Tōei-zan.
1. On the 17th day of the same month, due to indisposition, the visit to Momijiyama did not take place.
