一、五月三日、端午の御祝儀のため御使者を以て、御先代の通り御帷子・御単物・御袷を献上した。追って御内書が御城において御渡しがあった。その節、御家来に拝領物が仰せ付けられた。
一、同月五日、今庄駅での御泊まりから吉江へ入られ、皆川多左衛門勝重宅にて御昼休み。それから福井へ御着き、御先代の通り浄光院へ御参詣。済んで永見志摩吉洪宅へ入られた。それから申の刻に御着城。御座の間において三献の御祝いがあった。御家老をはじめ芦田図書吉賢が御相伴を仰せ付けられ、御盃を下された。
一、同月六日、右同様のことにつき御礼のため、御使者永見志摩吉洪を江戸表へ差し出された。今日福井を出立。
一、同月十二日、右同様のことにつき、女院御所の御機嫌伺いのため、御使者津田八右衛門を京都へ差し出された。奉書紙十束、鯖三十刺を献上した。八右衛門は今日福井を出立。
一、同月十五日、御老中阿部豊後守正武殿が去る三日に卒去されたことにつき、公方様の御機嫌伺いのため御使者渥美新右衛門文信を江戸表へ差し出された。今日福井を出立。
一、同日、御家督御祝儀のため、年始御規式の通り御家老をはじめ諸士小役人まで御礼を受けられた。

On the 3rd day of the 5th month, for the celebration of Tango no Sekku (Boys' Day), through a messenger, following precedent from previous generations, summer kimono (katabira), unlined garments (hitoe), and lined garments (awase) were presented as tribute. 1. On the 5th of the same month, after staying overnight at Imajo station, he entered Yoshie and took a midday rest at the residence of Minagawa Tazaemon Katsushige.
