一、五月十六日、右同様のことにつき御家中の子供並びに御医師の御礼を受けられた。
一、同月十八日、権蔵様が御登城し、初めて御目見えを仰せ上げられた。
一、同月二十一日、出羽守綱隆様が卒去されたことにつき、雲州松江の月照寺へ多賀谷権大夫大広を遣わされた。御香奠として銀三十枚を供えられた。
一、同月二十二日、権蔵様の儀について、御同姓様方の御願いにより御目見えを仰せ付けられる旨が、去る八日に但馬守直良様へ仰せ出されたことにつき、右の御礼のため御使者佐野六郎右衛門を江戸表へ差し出された。今日福井を出立。
一、同月二十八日、御帰国の御礼のため御使者永見志摩吉洪を以て、奉書紙四十束、二種一荷を献上した。志摩は御目見えを仰せ付けられ、退去し再び罷り出て自分の御礼を申し上げた。御太刀・銀・馬代・蝋燭三箱を献上した。
一、同月二十九日、右同様の御使者永見志摩吉洪が御城へ罷り出たところ、御返書の御渡しがあった。その節、志摩へ御時服三着、御羽織一着の拝領が仰せ付けられた。
一、同月末日、権蔵様が去る十八日に初めて御目見えを仰せ付けられたことにつき、御礼のため御使者林又左衛門勝重を江戸表へ差し出された。今日福井を出立。
ただし又左衛門の江戸着日は不詳。六月十四日に御返書の御渡しがあった。
一、同日、甲斐守綱近様へ、御父出羽守綱澄様の御遺領（雲州松江十八万六千石）を相違なく（以下欠損）

1. On the 16th day of the 5th month, regarding the same matter, formal thanks were received from children of the retainer households as well as the domain physicians.
1. On the 18th of the same month, Gonzō-sama made his first castle visit and was granted his first formal audience.
1. On the 21st of the same month, due to the death of Dewa-no-kami Tsunataka-sama, Tagaya Gondayū Daihiro was dispatched to Gesshōji Temple in Matsue, Unshū Province. Thirty pieces of silver were offered as incense money.

On the 22nd of the same month, regarding Gonzō-sama's matter, it was announced to Tajima-no-kami Naoyoshi-sama on the 8th that he would be granted an audience upon the request of related family members. For this expression of gratitude, messenger Sano Rokurōemon was dispatched to Edo. Departed from Fukui today.
1. On the 28th of the same month, as gratitude for the return to the domain, through messenger Nagami Shima Yoshihiro, forty bundles of letter paper and one load of two types of goods were presented. Shima was granted an audience, withdrew and then appeared again to express his personal gratitude. He presented a ceremonial sword, silver, horse money, and three boxes of candles.

However, the date of Matazaemon's arrival in Edo is unknown. A reply letter was delivered on the 14th day of the 6th month.
