現代語訳
御国許の御肴一種を献上される。市郎右衛門今日福井を出立。
但し市郎右衛門の江戸着日は詳細不明。
一、八月十五日 御鷹狩のため勝見筋へ出向かれる。御帰りは御船にて酒井玄蕃元知の下屋敷へ入られる。御膳を召し上がり、その節玄蕃に御酒・御吸物の御相伴を仰せ付けられる。同姓の弥一郎・孫八元房・孫四郎元宣にも御盃を頂戴させ、御肴を御直々にお与えになる。それより庭中三階の茶屋にて御目見の御興がある。
一、同月（日付詳細不明） 左の通り御書付を以て仰せ出される。
家中武具の定め
一、旗は折懸三幅、地は黒、半月は朱、その下に面々の紋を付けること
一、弓は塗籠
一、靱は黒塗、組紋は心次第
一、鉄砲袋はなめしにて黒
一、長柄は身と石突をかけて二間三尺、総籠巻鞘、鳥毛
