一乗輿者千石以上《割書：并》式千国以上之嫡子或
年五十以上墜十五歳以下或医師聴之
組小身若年免許之輩ハ可為各別又
行歩不叶病人ハ横目之者共《割書：ヘ》相断可
受指図 若背此旨猥令駕乗相定

一、転奕（将棋・囲碁）諸勝負並びに不行儀の好色その外、侍に似合わない作法を仕るべからざること
一、行死罪者これ有る時、申し付けられた輩の外、一切その場へ懸け集るべからざること
付け、追い懸ける者も同前のこと
一、千石以上の者は私に結婚すべからず。それより以下、小身の輩は内証にて相談を遂げ、年寄方へ相達すべきこと
一、家宅営作或いは嫁娶の儀式或いは衣服・饗応並びに音信贈答以下、制法の通り堅く相守り、いよいよ簡略たるべきこと
不孝の者これ有らば罪科に処すべきこと
一、乗輿の者は千石以上並びに千石国以上の嫡子或いは年五十以上および十五歳以下或いは医師、これを聴し、組の小身・若年で免許の輩は各別たるべし。また行歩叶わぬ病人は横目の者共へ相断り指図を受くべし。もしこの旨に背き猥りに駕乗せしめば、相定めの過料を出すべきこと
