一他所之侍当地罷通刻家中之侍不可出合

違背族在之ハ如定過料可出之事

一御番不参之面々為過料高六百石以上ハ
銀子壱枚 五百石以下ハ銀弐拾目宛可出之事
一長病大病之者番頭《割書：江》相断横目中《割書：江》
煩之体相見せ可申事

現代語訳
一、他所の侍が当地を通行する時、家中の侍は出会ってはならない。ただし親類・縁者である場合は、年寄方へ届け出て、その指示に従って参会すべきこと
一、諸侍に私用がある場合で、福居庄より五里外へ出かける者は、年寄方へ相談してその指示に従って出かけるべし。もし違背する族がいれば、定めの通り過料を出すべきこと
一、諸事においてその組の頭が申し渡すことに違背してはならないこと
右の条々は先制の旨に準じてこれを定め畢んぬ。相守るべき者なり。よってくだんの如し。

1st, When samurai from other domains pass through this territory, samurai of our domain must not meet with them. However, in cases of relatives or relations, one must report to the council of elders and participate according to their instructions.
1st, When samurai have private business and travel beyond five ri from Fukui-no-sho, they must consult with the council of elders and depart according to their instructions. If there are any who violate this, they must pay the designated fine.
1st, In all matters, one must not disobey orders given by one's group leader.
The above articles have been established in accordance with previous regulations and must be observed. Therefore, as stated above.

Regulations
1st, As fines for those who do not attend guard duty: those with stipends of 600 koku or more shall pay one piece of silver, those with 500 koku or below shall pay 20 me of silver each.
1st, Those with chronic or serious illnesses must consult with the guard captain and show their condition to the inspectors.
1st, Those on guard duty shall each contribute half of the food expenses.
