一御番之面々番所《割書：江》可相詰 若別之座敷《割書：ヘ》
猥に出候者過料代物百匹可出事
一所々於御番所高雑談不仕神妙に可相詰

一寺社領《割書：江》非分申懸間敷事
一地下人迷惑之子細候而走之儀有之ハ其村之
庄屋壱万石之組頭として留置可相達之
遂穿鑿可申付事
一夏成其在所之畠方之高百石に付壱ツ半
物成可納所之 但法之外悪所之地者見計
可有用捨事
一諸納所升之上秤目如御蔵入可納所事
一高百石付夫米納五石宛給人可相納悪所者
見立候而可有用捨遠夫小役等何にても申
現代語訳
一、御番の面々は番所に詰めるべし。もし別の座敷へみだりに出る者があれば、過料として代物百匹を出すべきこと
一、所々の御番所において高声で雑談をせず、神妙に詰めるべきこと
右の条々は堅く相守るべき者なり

一、寺社領に対して理不尽な申し掛けをしてはならないこと
一、地下人（農民）が迷惑を被る事情があって逃散する事があれば、その村の庄屋・一万石の組頭として留め置き、相達して詮議を申し付けるべきこと
一、夏成（夏作物）について、その在所の畠方の高百石につき一ツ半の物成を納めるべき所。ただし法外に悪い土地については見計らって加減すべきこと
一、諸納所において、升の上秤目は御蔵入と同様に納めるべきこと
一、高百石につき夫米として五石ずつ給人が相納すべし。悪所については見立てて加減すべし。遠夫小役等何でも申し

1st, Regarding summer crops, one and a half units of tribute per 100 koku of dry field assessment in that locality should be paid. However, for exceptionally poor land, adjustments should be made at discretion.
1st, For various tax payments, the measure and weight standards should be the same as for direct shogunal lands.
