現代語訳
賭けてはならない。もしやむを得ない用事がある時は百姓を雇って使役する際、扶持方を出し、人足一人につき一日に日用銀五分ずつ、馬一疋につき飼料大豆二升、銀一匁五分ずつ口取と共に下し行うべし。ただし公儀の御普請の時は格別のこと。
一、高百石につき糠五斗入り二十俵、藁二十把詰め六十束ずつを納めるべきこと
一、高百石につき雪垣の代として銀五匁ずつを納めるべきこと
右この旨を相守るべき者なり

...should not be wagered. If there are unavoidable circumstances requiring work, when hiring and employing farmers, stipend payments should be made: five bu of daily silver per laborer per day, and for each horse, two shō of soybean feed and one monme five bu of silver should be provided along with horse handlers. However, this shall be handled separately during official government construction projects.
1st, Per 100 koku assessment: twenty bags containing five to of rice bran each, and sixty bundles of twenty sheaves of straw each shall be paid.

The above provisions must be observed.

However, today's attendance at court was suspended.
