今度嵩源院様御遠忌之御法事

現代語訳
龍田宇左衛門（斎藤民部の与力）の弟子による砲術御覧があった。
一、九月十八日、弓術・砲術・槍術の師匠たちに御料理を下され、御小袖一着ずつの拝領を仰せ付けられた。
ただし初めて御覧になることによって下されたものである。
一、同月二十日、増上寺において嵩源院様の五十四回忌御法事があったため、御香典を指し上げたところ、その御奉書が今日渡された。
今度嵩源院様の御遠忌の御法事を御執行されるにつき、御香典を献上されました。増上寺において首尾よく奉納されたことです。恐々謹言

一、同日、御座所の御書院において寛祥院への御祈祷を仰せ付けられた。
英語訳
An artillery demonstration was held by disciples of Tatsuta Uzaemon (retainer of Saito Minbu).
1st, On the 18th day of the 9th month, meals were provided to the instructors of archery, artillery, and spearmanship, and each was granted the gift of one kosode robe.
This was given because it was the first time [the lord] had observed [their demonstrations].
1st, On the 20th day of the same month, since the 54th memorial service for Lord Kōgen-in was held at Zōjō-ji Temple, incense money was offered, and the official letter acknowledging this was delivered today.
Regarding the execution of the distant memorial service for Lord Kōgen-in this time, incense money has been献上. It was successfully offered at Zōjō-ji Temple. Respectfully and humbly stated.
