與三右ヱ門殿此 御屋形江御越之節御玄関ニ而御拝領之鷭花木

御案内ニ而輿三右衛門殿御書院江御返 上意之趣御達有之
御頂戴相済長蚫 御直御居被成御拝領之鷭御吸物ニ而
御盃事有之御料理ハ御断ニ付不出御退出之節御玄関迄
御送被成右為御礼 御登 城夫ゟ御老中江 御廻勤
但是迄御老中江御使者被指出候得共今度 御廻勤被成
一 五月三日為端午御祝儀御使者を以例之通御帷子御単御袷
被献之追而 御内書於 御城御渡有之御家来拝領物等如例
一 六月十三日暑中ニ付御使者を以例之通素麵干鯛被献之
一 同月廿一日評定所御勝手向御不如意ニ付左之通諸月番江
月番御家老狛杢允《割書：貞｜澄》申渡之
殿様御勝手必至とふ被為 成御借銀高弐万貫■
御座候ニ付今度従江戸■江刑部右衛門被遣何も相談
可仕依之面々存寄も於有之者可申上旨
但御借銀高御勝手諸積之御帳諸月番江御奉行

一 七月六日為 御生見玉御祝儀御使者を以例之通黄金
現代語訳
与三右衛門殿がこの御屋敷へお越しになった際、御玄関で御拝領の鷭を花木
外記吉時が受け取り、御書院へ持参した。その節、御広間の板縁まで御出迎えし、
御案内で与三右衛門殿を御書院へお返しした。上意の趣旨をお達しになり、
御頂戴が相済んで、長い間御直にお座りになり、御拝領の鷭を御吸物にして
御盃事があった。御料理はお断りになったので出さず、御退出の節は御玄関まで
お送りになった。右のお礼のため御登城し、それから御老中へ御廻勤された。
ただし、これまでは御老中へ御使者を派遣していたが、今度は御廻勤された。
一、五月三日、端午の御祝儀として御使者をもって例の通り御帷子・御単・御袷を
献上した。追って御内書が御城でお渡しになり、御家来の拝領物等は例の通りであった。
一、六月十三日、暑中につき御使者をもって例の通り素麺・干鯛を献上した。
一、同月二十一日、評定所の御勝手向きが御不如意につき、左の通り諸月番へ
月番御家老狛杢允貞澄が申し渡した。
殿様の御勝手が必至ということで、御借銀高二万貫が
御座候につき、今度江戸から江戸へ刑部右衛門を遣わし、何も相談
すべきことで、これにより面々の存じ寄りも有る者は申し上げるべき旨
ただし御借銀高・御勝手・諸積の御帳を諸月番へ御奉行が
読み聞かせた。
一、七月六日、御生見玉の御祝儀として御使者をもって例の通り黄金を

"The lord's finances are in dire straits, with outstanding loans amounting to twenty thousand kan. Therefore, Gyobu Uemon is being sent from Edo to Edo this time to discuss everything. Accordingly, those who have opinions on this matter should report them."
However, the senior administrator read aloud the account books of loan amounts, finances, and various calculations to all monthly duty officers.
