一寛政元酉年閏六月年割以下学館指南
手伝被 仰付候事
一同二戊年五月躾方指南手伝被 仰付候
但同十一未年四月願之通御免被成候事
一同年九月御勘定所小役人当座御雇被 仰付事
一同四子年正月御勘定改手伝被 仰付候事
一同年六月年割以下学館〆り方并句読
師手伝をも兼相勤候様被 仰付候
但同十一末年四月願之通御免被成候事
一同年十二月学館御再興以来学問無懈怠
出精年割以下句読師手伝をも相勤細
川忠蔵指南方被成御免候以後御勘定所当

1. Intercalary 6th month of Kansei 1, Year of the Rooster: He was appointed as assistant instructor for lower-grade students at the domain school.
1. 5th month of Kansei 2, Year of the Dog: He was appointed as assistant instructor for discipline and conduct.
However, in 4th month of Kansei 11, Year of the Sheep: He was dismissed as requested.
1. 9th month of the same year: He was appointed as temporary employment of minor clerk at the accounting office.
1. 1st month of Kansei 4, Year of the Rat: He was appointed as assistant for accounting inspection.
1. 6th month of the same year: He was appointed to serve concurrently as administrator of the domain school for lower-grade students and assistant reading instructor.
However, in 4th month of Kansei 11, Year of the Sheep: He was dismissed as requested.
1. 12th month of the same year: Since the domain school's revival, he studied diligently without negligence and served as assistant reading instructor for lower-grade students. After Hosokawa Chūzō was dismissed from his instructor position, while serving as temporary employee at the accounting office, he conducted instruction alone like Chūzō did. For these various reasons, he was exceptionally granted three bu of gold.

1. 7th month of the same year: He was appointed as regular employee at the accounting office.
However, due to illness, he was dismissed in the 10th month upon request.
