左織小川台助形を以本務乍相勤右糺方
御用をも相勤候様被 仰付候事

請方定立合精出相勤候段被 仰出候事

一同九申年三月 御普請方掛かりの者共、彼の地出役中諸所御修復につきては繁多の所、御普請方定立合を精出し相勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一同十酉年十二月 精出し相勤め、臨時の御用をも出精致したにつき、金十六両二分を石切符十三石に御直し、内六石はこれまでの通り御役料に下し置かれた事
一同十二亥年十月 御扶持倉並びに御貸装束蔵蝋燭蔵立入立合を仰せ付けられ、芝御屋敷御中間夫丸人割方をもこれまでの通り任じ相勤める様仰せ付けられた事
一文政二卯年四月 精出し相勤め、夫丸人割方並びに諸蔵立入勤につきては臨時の勤方をも致したにつき、重き儀に候得ども独礼を仰せ付けられた旨を仰せ出された事
