合候段御称美被成下候事
一寛改元酉年正月精出相勤候
ニ付只今迄之御役料弐石御加増ニ
御直被下置候事
一同二戌年正月吟味所被 相止候
ニ付是迄之立場ニ而御勘定所小役人
吟味懸り被 仰付候事
一同四子年十二月吟味懸り之後ハ
江戸会津御用筋差湊年中
繁多之義ニ候所存寄をも申出
御人減在之諸吟味細々相尽候義
ニ而弥上御用取込候処小役人雇
見習共御時所位を勘弁いたし
一同申合踏込相勤間を合候段
御序を以達
御聴候間尚又相励候様被
仰聞候事
一同五丑年正月年来相勤功
作も在之者ニ付重儀ニハ候得とも
独礼ニ被 仰付候事

合い候段、御称美を成し下され候事
一寛政改元酉年正月 精を出し相勤め候につき、只今までの御役料二石に御加増として御直しを下し置かれ候事
一同二戌年正月 吟味所を相止め候につき、是までの立場にて御勘定所小役人吟味掛りに仰せ付けられ候事
一同四子年十二月 吟味掛りの後は、江戸会津御用筋差し湊り年中繁多の義に候所、存じ寄りをも申し出で、御人減これあり諸吟味細々相尽くし候義にて、いよいよ上御用取り込み候処、小役人雇い見習い共、御時所位を勘弁いたし、一同申し合わせ踏み込み相勤め間に合い候段、御序をもって御聴に達し候間、なお又相励み候様に仰せ聞かされ候事
一同五丑年正月 年来相勤め功作もこれあり者につき、重儀には候得ども、独礼に仰せ付けられ候事

1. Kansei 4, Year of the Rat, 12th month: After taking on examination duties, the administrative work between Edo and Aizu became extremely busy year-round. He made suggestions and, despite staff reductions, handled various examinations meticulously, making the higher-level administrative work even more demanding. The minor officials, temporary employees, and apprentices all considered the circumstances of their positions, coordinated together, and worked diligently to meet the demands. This was reported through proper channels, and he was told to continue his efforts with even greater dedication.
1. Kansei 5, Year of the Ox, 1st month: Having served for many years with meritorious achievements, though it was a weighty matter, he was granted the status of independent audience (dokurai).
