一同五辰年正月蝦夷地御固為
御用宗谷へ罷越候ニ付於大書院
御目見被 仰付御流頂戴仕彼
地へ罷越候
但道中小荷駄才判被 仰付
并旅籠駄賃払相勤候事
一同年四月小荷駄才判寒気之
砌道中臨時之勤勤労いたし
労費も在之候ニ付為費補金三
分被下置候事
一同月於宗谷高懸り并小者割
任役被 仰付候事
一同年六月於同処着岸之砌ゟ
早々御用とも精出相勤且高懸
り并小者人割之義ニ付而ハ向々懸合等
繁多之儀ニ候処是又出精宜敷
取計臨時之勤労いたし候ニ付
為費補金壱両被下置候事

現代語訳
一文化五辰年正月 蝦夷地御固めのため御用で宗谷へ赴くにつき、大書院において御目見えを仰せ付けられ、御流れを頂戴して彼の地へ赴いた
ただし道中小荷駄才判を仰せ付けられ、並びに旅籠駄賃払いを相勤めた事
一同年四月 小荷駄才判として寒気の折り道中臨時の勤めで勤労をいたし、労費もこれ有りにつき、費用補償として金三分を下し置かれた事
一同月宗谷において高懸かり並びに小者割任役を仰せ付けられた事
一同年六月 同所において着岸の折りより早々御用ども精を出して相勤め、かつ高懸かり並びに小者人割の義につきては、向々懸け合い等繁多の儀に候処、これまた出精よろしく取り計らい臨時の勤労をいたしにつき、費用補償として金一両を下し置かれた事
