一同年六月押絵五枚認差上候所  御称美被遊絵御留被置之旨被 仰  聞候事 一同年十二月精出絵修行いたし  候ニ付金壱両為筆墨代年々被下置之  旨被 仰聞候事 一宝暦元未年五月柳津之景  色不残相認差上候様被 仰付同所ニ  七宿仕相認差上候事 一同九卯年《割書:月不|詳》御在国中相応之  寸志勤被 仰付被下度旨申上候処  願之通御座之間勤被 仰付候事 一同年十二月御座之間相勤候ニ付  金百疋被下置候事 一同十辰年四月御茶方勤番之  節罷登安藤遠佐方ニ而絵修行仕  度旨願之通被 仰付罷登修行仕候  内昼夜ニ不限席画被 仰付其外両  国之景色共品々被 仰付相認候ニ付  為御褒美金百疋被下置候事

現代語訳

一、同年六月、押絵五枚を認めて差し上げたところ、御称美を賜り、絵を御留め置きになる旨を仰せ聞かされた事 一、同年十二月、精を出して絵修行をしたことにより、金一両を筆墨代として年々下し置かれる旨を仰せ聞かされた事 一、宝暦元未年五月、柳津の景色を残らず相認めて差し上げるよう仰せ付けられ、同所にて七宿し、相認めて差し上げた事 一、同九卯年(月は詳らかでない)、御在国中相応の寸志勤めを仰せ付けられたく願い申し上げたところ、願いの通り御座之間勤めを仰せ付けられた事 一、同年十二月、御座之間に相勤めたことにより、金百疋を下し置かれた事 一、同十辰年四月、御茶方勤番の節に罷り登り、安藤遠佐方にて絵修行をしたき旨、願いの通り仰せ付けられ、罷り登って修行をした。その内、昼夜を限らず席画を仰せ付けられ、その外両国の景色共品々を仰せ付けられ、相認めたことにより、御褒美として金百疋を下し置かれた事

1. In the same year, 6th month: When he submitted five oshi-e (relief pictures), he received praise, and was told that the paintings would be retained by the lord. 1. In the same year, 12th month: Due to his diligent painting practice, he was told that one ryō of gold would be granted annually as funds for brushes and ink. 1. In the 1st year of Hōreki, Year of the Sheep, 5th month: He was ordered to paint all the scenery of Yanaizu without omission, and stayed there for seven nights to complete and submit the paintings. 1. In the 9th year of the same era, Year of the Rabbit (month unclear): When he requested to be assigned appropriate duties befitting his modest abilities during the lord's residence in the domain, his request was granted and he was assigned to serve in the lord's reception chamber. 1. In the same year, 12th month: For serving in the lord's reception chamber, he was granted 100 hiki of gold. 1. In the 10th year, Year of the Dragon, 4th month: During his service rotation in the tea ceremony department, he went up to Edo and requested to study painting at Andō Ensa's residence. His request was granted, and he went up to study. During this time, he was ordered to create seat paintings without regard to day or night, and was also ordered to paint various sceneries of both provinces (Mutsu and Dewa). For this work, he was granted 100 hiki of gold as a reward.
