一、御籠ニ入若於闕所在之者名代ヲ以可被相勤事
一、当口之日数御案内之時所司大夫ゟ二人目迄

右今度御精進頭闕如ニ付社法混乱之様
依被存若衆後年無相論之様之条々老
若一同相定処如件

一、精進頭之儀ニ付先年之置文雖有之猶以
被相定事
一、正月十六日精進頭当住之歳かさ次第所
司大夫指シ可被申若雖為年老寄事
於左右辞退有之候於人躰は精進頭被請
取事三年可被押事
一、自然落掛り有候時者歳かさに不寄落も
現代語訳
一、御籠（神事の際の籠もり）に入る際、もし欠席する者がいる場合は、名代（代理人）をもって勤めること
一、当番の日数について案内する時は、所司大夫から二人目まで届け出があること
右の通り、今度御精進頭が欠如したことにより社法が混乱している様子であるので、若衆が後年論争することのないよう、老若一同でこれらの条項を定めたものである

評定における規定条項を定める
一、精進頭の件について、先年の置文はあるものの、なお一層これを定めること
一、正月十六日の精進頭の当番は住人の年嵩（年齢）順に、所司大夫が指名して申すべきである。たとえ年老いて寄る事があっても、辞退することについては、人柄において精進頭を受け取ることを三年間押し通すべきこと
一、自然と落ち度がある時は、年嵩に関係なく落としても

Establishing articles of council regulations
- Regarding the matter of the sacred purification head, although there are previous regulation documents, these shall be further established
- For the sacred purification head duty on the 16th day of the first month, the chief administrator shall designate according to the age order of residents. Even if one is elderly and dependent, regarding resignation, those of suitable character who receive the sacred purification head position shall persevere for three years
