者更遂三年當参之後可被相勤之事
右之趣自今以後急度可被相守従當
亥年来申年迄ニ参勤可有之尤其
節可被相届于會所者也仍而以衆評

如此置文十手へ被渡之
一、未ノ正月十二日寄會披露ニ曰《割書：會所修理亮｜》
藤木刑部大輔佐直子孫終果申ニ付廿九才ニ成
候惣領へ孫御座候間今度呼ヨセ家相続為致候御
届申入候旨披露ニ付此置文考へ出シ佐直へ写見セ
如此置文有之上ハ社家相続者堅成不申旨
被申渡也其返答ニ此上ハ無是非残念存候トノ

現代語訳
他国に移住してから既に十年以上経過し、神社への参拝を行っていない者については、改めて三年間当番参加を行った後に勤めることができるものとする。
右の趣旨について今後厳格に遵守すべきものとし、当亥年から申年までの間に参勤すべきである。もちろんその際は会所へ届け出を行うべきである。よって衆評により定めた規定は以下の通りである。

一、未年正月十二日の寄合での報告によると《会所修理亮》
藤木刑部大輔佐直の子孫が死去したため、二十九歳になる総領に孫がいるので、今度呼び寄せて家督相続をさせる旨を届け出たいとの報告があった。これについてこの規定文書を調べ出し、佐直に写しを見せたところ、このような規定文書がある以上、社家相続は厳格に認められないと申し渡した。それに対する返答は「この上は仕方がない、残念に思う」との返答であった。《使者采女佑》
英語訳
Those who have relocated to other provinces and have not participated in shrine worship for ten years or more must first complete three years of regular attendance before being allowed to serve in their duties.
The above provisions must be strictly observed from now on, and participation in duties must occur between the current Year of the Boar and the Year of the Monkey. Naturally, proper notification must be made to the meeting place at that time. Therefore, the regulations established by collective decision are as follows.

1. According to the report at the gathering on the 12th day of the first month of the Year of the Sheep: 《Kaisho Shuri-no-suke》
Since the descendants of Fujiki Gyōbu-no-taifu Sanao have died out, and there is a grandson of the 29-year-old heir, a report was made requesting to summon him to carry on the family succession. Upon examining this regulatory document and showing a copy to Sanao, it was declared that given the existence of such regulations, shrine family succession could not be strictly permitted.
