頼以君御代
一 寛政八年辰年三月二十日、下目付を申し付けられ、三斗の加米を賜る
一 同十二年申年十二月七日、物書きならびに御普請方諸品請払吟味役を申し付けられる
一 享和三年亥年正月十五日、三斗の加米を賜る
一 文化四年卯年六月十三日、御徒士に御取立てられ、高十八俵二人扶持を下され、勤務方諸事はこれまでの通り、もっとも御普請方支配とする
一 同九年申年正月十五日、二俵の御加増を賜る
一 同十三年子年十二月二十日、大納戸衣類方を仰せ付けられ、御普請方諸色請払吟味役を首尾よく御免となり、御役筋の事が多い中、数年出精して相勤めた功により、御褒美として御金二百疋を下される
頼寧君御代
一 文政四年巳年十一月二十八日、老年の上病気につき、両御役儀を願いの通り御免となり、御次番を仰せ付けられる

During the reign of Lord Yorimoto:
- Kansei 8 (1796), 3rd month, 20th day: Appointed as shita-metsuke (junior inspector) and granted additional rice stipend of 3 to
- Same 12th year (1800), 12th month, 7th day: Appointed as clerk and inspector for various construction department procurement and disbursement matters
- Kyōwa 3 (1803), 1st month, 15th day: Granted additional rice stipend of 3 to
- Bunka 4 (1807), 6th month, 13th day: Promoted to ashigaru (foot soldier), granted stipend of 18 hyō and provisions for 2 persons, duties to continue as before, specifically supervising the construction department
- Same 9th year (1812), 1st month, 15th day: Granted additional stipend increase of 2 hyō
- Same 13th year (1816), 12th month, 20th day: Appointed to ōnadoto clothing department, successfully completed duties as construction department procurement and disbursement inspector and was relieved of those duties. Due to diligent service over many years despite numerous official responsibilities, awarded 200 hiki of gold as commendation
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu:
- Bunsei 4 (1821), 11th month, 28th day: Due to advanced age and illness, relieved of both official positions as requested and appointed to go-jiban (next shift duty)
