一 寛政2年（1790年）3月23日、徒士に取り立てられ、高十八俵二人扶持を下され、当分の間郡代役所勤務を命じられる
頼以君の御代
一 寛政8年（1796年）正月15日、元締役所勤務で払方薪方を仰せ付けられる
一 寛政11年（1799年）10月1日、格式御供番として二俵加増を下され、代官を仰せ付けられる
一 享和元年（1801年）10月7日、役職辞任の願いの通り免職され、御次番となる
一 享和2年（1802年）8月、病死。養子式八に跡式を仰せ付けられる

During the reign of Lord Honryu-in
- March 23rd, Kansei 2 (1790): Promoted to ashigaru (foot soldier), granted a stipend of 18 hyō and food allowance for two people, temporarily assigned to serve at the district magistrate's office
During the reign of Lord Yorimoto-kun
- January 15th, Kansei 8 (1796): Assigned to the chief clerk's office handling payments and firewood distribution
- October 1st, Kansei 11 (1799): Promoted to formal attendant status with an increase of 2 hyō, appointed as deputy magistrate
- October 7th, Kyōwa 1 (1801): Relieved of duties as requested, assigned to secondary duty rotation
- August, Kyōwa 2 (1802): Died of illness. His adopted son Shikihachi was appointed to succeed his position
