頼以君の御代
一、文化13年（1816年）6月15日 御供方に御雇い勤めとして、御合力として2人扶持を下賜される
一、文政2年（1819年）2月20日 亡父一左衛門の跡式として俸禄18俵と2人扶持を下賜され、御供方御徒士として従来通り在番先に勤務
頼寧君の御代
一、文政9年（1826年）2月25日 御普請方諸品受払吟味方を仰せ付けられ、御用人支配となる
一、同年9月13日 御作事方諸品請払吟味役を仰せ付けられ、役料として1石を下賜される
一、文政12年（1829年）正月15日 御徒士目付を仰せ付けられる
一、天保4年（1833年）8月3日 御徒士目付を滞りなく御免となり、御次番を仰せ付けられる
一、天保5年（1834年）8月8日 息子の忠之丞が去る5日に藤沢辺りへ川狩りに出掛け御制禁に背いたため逼塞を仰せ付けられるが、9月9日に御免となる
一、天保6年（1835年）閏7月1日 御在城中の御休目付所詰として、分量その他の入用向取扱いを仰せ付けられる
一、天保7年（1836年）3月25日 祥橘様の御住居詰を仰せ付けられる
一、天保8年（1837年）7月28日 御徒士目付への帰役を仰せ付けられ、2俵の御加増、祥橘様御住居詰は従来通り、今後は御徒士頭支配となる
一、天保10年（1839年）11月3日 養女を松本御領分池田丁の窪田宇右衛門の妻として遣わしたい旨の願いが済む
一、天保12年（1841年）10月13日 保田小傳治の妻として差し遣わしたい旨の願いが通り相済む
一、天保13年（1842年）2月28日 御供番格を成し下され、御徒士小頭と御手廻頭を兼帯するよう仰せ付けられる
一、弘化2年（1845年）7月13日 御繰合により御徒士小頭と御手廻頭の兼帯を滞りなく御免となり、御次番を仰せ付けられ、今後は御用人支配となる

- Bunka 13 (1816), 6th month, 15th day: Appointed to temporary service in the personal guard, granted provisions for 2 people as assistance pay
- Bunsei 2 (1819), 2nd month, 20th day: Inherited his late father Ichizaemon's position with stipend of 18 bales and provisions for 2 people, continuing service as foot soldier in personal guard at his assigned post
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- Bunsei 9 (1826), 2nd month, 25th day: Appointed to inspector of receipt and payment of various construction materials, under the supervision of senior officials
- Same year, 9th month, 13th day: Appointed to inspector role for receipt and payment of various construction office materials, granted 1 koku as role stipend
- Bunsei 12 (1829), 1st month, 15th day: Appointed as foot soldier inspector
- Tenpo 4 (1833), 8th month, 3rd day: Successfully completed foot soldier inspector duties and was relieved, appointed to alternate duty
- Tenpo 5 (1834), 8th month, 8th day: His son Tadanosuke went fishing near Fujisawa on the 5th, violating regulations, so [Toyohachi] was ordered into house confinement, but was pardoned on 9th month, 9th day
- Tenpo 6 (1835), intercalary 7th month, 1st day: Appointed to duty at the rest inspector's office during castle residence, handling quantities and other expense matters
- Tenpo 7 (1836), 3rd month, 25th day: Appointed to service at Lord Shokitsu's residence
- Tenpo 8 (1837), 7th month, 28th day: Reappointed to foot soldier inspector with 2-bale increase, continuing service at Lord Shokitsu's residence as before, henceforth under foot soldier commander supervision
- Tenpo 10 (1839), 11th month, 3rd day: Request approved to send adopted daughter as wife to Kubota Uemon of Ikeda-cho in Matsumoto domain
- Tenpo 12 (1841), 10th month, 13th day: Request approved to send [daughter] as wife to Yasuda Kodenji
- Tenpo 13 (1842), 2nd month, 28th day: Granted personal guard rank, appointed to concurrently serve as foot soldier sub-commander and personal attendant commander
- Koka 2 (1845), 7th month, 13th day: Due to administrative reorganization, successfully relieved of concurrent duties as foot soldier sub-commander and personal attendant commander, appointed to alternate duty, henceforth under senior official supervision
