ただしこの後毎度御称美を成し下されたこと
一、享和元年（酉年）酉年五月、五左衛門と改名したい旨を願い出ることを許されたこと
一、文化四年（卯年）九月、本郷原ならし馬揃えの節に罷り出たこと
一、同十二年（亥年）二月、三の丸足並み稽古において、年々諸組に抽んでて列伍足並みが勝れ、相進等の位が相進んだことにつき、仲間一同に御酒を下し置かれたこと
一、同十四年（丑年）九月、御副将付きの士を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同月、御副将付きの士の人数が増やされたことにつき、御宮豊岡御社の火の番を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同年十月、先頃以来の繰り練習において出精よく相励んだことにつき、御褒美として新身の槍一穂を下し置かれたこと

一、同年十二月、御振り合いが変更されたことにつき、会所当番を相止められ、これまで出精して相勤めた段を仰せ出されたこと
