現代語訳
一、元禄十四年（巳年）月は不詳
公儀の切支丹御役人衆から物書き一人が上るよう仰せ付けられ、江戸表へ上った。
但し、このことについて金二両を下し置かれた。
一、同十五年（午年）四月 二石の御加増を下し置かれた。
一、同年月は不詳 御蔵入りで捨て馬があったことについて江戸表へ上り、翌年（未年）正月に帰国した。
一、宝永二年（酉年）月は不詳 御通りの御目見を仰せ付けられた。
一、正徳二年（辰年）月は不詳 年割りに成し下された。
一、同三年（巳年）八月 老年になったことについて御役義の御訴訟を申し上げたところ、御通りのままということで中之口番を仰せ付けられた。
一、享保二年（酉年）四月 塗師役人を仰せ付けられた。
一、同十二年（未年）九月 願いの通り御擬作を召し上げられた。
一、同年十月二十八日 病死 法名は大誉道興居士
