一、寛保元年（酉年）正月 御扶持蔵役人を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年十二月 二石の御役料を下し置かれた。
一、延享元年（酉年）十一月 御役料二石を御加増として御直々に下し置かれた。
一、明和五年（子年）八月 願いの通り当務を御免になり、中ノ口番を仰せ付けられた。
一、安永三年（午年）五月 願いの通り所擬作を召し上げられた。
一、同七年（戌年）六月十五日 八十五歳で病死。法名は夏山道喜信士、導師は大宝山長善寺、葬所は大窪山。
