一同年三月御勝手方￣ニ付《割書：而｜》ハ品々取寄申出御繰
合之一助￣ニ も相成細￣ニ心を用ひ功作別段之旨￣ニ付
只今迄之御役料壱石御加増￣ニ御直被下置候事
一同五《割書：丑｜》年五月品々任役相勤入組候差引も有之
候処出精相勤候￣ニ付為御褒美金弐分被下置候事
一同年十二月数十年相勤且御時節をも相守平

現代語訳
一、寛政二年（戌年）二月 伝内と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された。
一、同年三月 御勝手方においては品々取り寄せ申し出る御繰り合いの一助にもなり、細かに心を用い功作が別段である旨により、只今までの御役料一石を御加増として御直々に下し置かれた。
一、同五年（丑年）五月 品々の任役を相勤め入り組んだ差引もあったところ、出精して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として金二分を下し置かれた。
一、同年十二月 数十年相勤め且つ御時節をも相守り、平日志を立て抜き出て精進したことにより、重き義であるけれども独礼を仰せ付けられた。
一、同六年（寅年）五月 不調法の筋があり、御役義を御免になる旨を仰せ出された。
一、同七年（卯年）四月 御家老附四の寄合組を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年九月 追鳥狩の節に罷り出た。
