現代語訳
認めたことにより、御褒美として金二分を下し置かれた。
一、同五年（丑年）六月 御用部屋定和御用の方をも相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同八年（辰年）八月 御用部屋旧記方当座雇いとして精を出し清書等もできたことにより、骨折料として金一両を下し置かれた。
一、同十一年（未年）正月 小左衛門と名を改めたい旨を願い出て許可された。
一、同年四月 御用部屋の者として本役当座勤めを仰せ付けられ、御蔵入役所、公事所、金山役所、神料役所掛りの御用を仰せ付けられた。
一、享和三年（亥年）六月 親の願いの通り御擬作を召し上げられ、親の御擬作の内一石を減じられて八石二人扶持を下し置かれ、召し出されて御用部屋御雇いを仰せ付けられ、御通りの御目見を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年七月 席は御用部屋御雇い騎西位、蔵次御勘定所小役人の上に仰せ付けられた。
一、同年九月 御用所御雇いを仰せ付けられた。
ただし本役への加わり番入りをして御公私の御式、公事方御用を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、文化元年（子年）八月 この度の御大赦御用を任せられて相勤め、数百通の赦願を取り扱い、その内入り組んだ吟味もあったところ、よく吟
