現代語訳
味を出し精密に取り調べ果敢に行うことになり勤労したことにより、御褒美として金三百疋を下し置かれた。
一、同二年（丑年）十二月 去々年中に奉行所が廃止されて一つにまとめられることになった時から、別して御用向きが繁多であったところ、精を出して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として金五百疋を下し置かれた。
一、同三年（亥年）十一月 去年の秋から当年の春中まで御用差添として昼夜取り込んだところ、引き通して精を出して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として金二分を下し置かれた。
一、同四年（卯年）七月 御雇いとして精を出して相勤めたことにより、御用所役人を仰せ付けられ、御役料一石を下し置かれ、御雇い勤めもこれまでの通り相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同年八月 見禰山御社御祭礼の御用を事前に彼の地へ赴いて相勤めた。
一、同五年（辰年）閏六月 仲間の人数が少なく御用が取り込んでいる上、密事等も手元で考課・吟味することになり、自然と御用が繁多であったところ、出精して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として銀七両を下し置かれた。
一、同年十一月 夫丸小屋南の空地・屋敷引付・材木を御添えで下し置かれた。
一、同六年（巳年）八月 追鳥狩の節に罢出した。
