現代語訳
その間、精を出して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として金三百疋を下し置かれた。
一、同八年（未年）九月 密事当座仮役を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年十二月 数年間実体に心を付けて出精して相勤めたことにより、格別の訳を以て只今の御役料一石へ一人扶持を御添えで御加増として御直に下し置かれた。
一、同九年（申年）三月 相州御用並びに考課吟味等により、かたがた繁多であったところ、初発より精を出して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として綿二把を下し置かれた。
一、同十年（酉年）八月 見禰山御社祭礼の事前に彼の地へ赴いて相勤めた。
一、同年十一月 去年の暮れ中に穿鑿係の者が残らず糺し抜かれることになったが、数多の穿鑿帳を取り扱った上、大赦の御用をも精を出して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた。
一、同十二年（亥年）三月 密事御用を仰せ付けられた。
一、同十三年（子年）正月 去年中の御入部御用を任せ出されて精を出して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた。
