現代語訳
一寛文三年（卯年）九月 御用のため越後村松・永岡・高田・村上へ赴き相勤めた事
一同九年（酉年）八月 御用のため秋田・仙台・相馬・福島・二本松・白川へ赴き相勤めた事
一延宝七年（未年）九月 流枝の槍を小書院前の御庭において御覧になられるにつき、弟子共を召し連れて罷出て相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として絹一疋を下賜された事
一同八年（申年）六月 松平越後守様が逝去されたにつき、御家中騒動につき赴き様子を見届けるよう仰せ付けられ、御城請取まで見届けて同八月に帰参した事
一元禄元年（辰年）十月 御前槍を仰せ付けられ、弟子共を召し連れて罷出て相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として絹一疋を下賜された事
一同六年（酉年）三月 願いの通り息子弥太夫が御番代を仰せ付けられた事

1. Same 8th year (Year of the Monkey) June When Matsudaira Echigo-no-kami passed away, due to the resulting disturbance in his domain, was ordered to go and investigate the situation, observed until the castle was taken over, and returned in the same year's 8th month
1. Genroku 1st year (Year of the Dragon) October Was appointed to perform spear demonstration before the lord, brought his disciples and performed, and for this was granted one bolt of silk as reward
