一、宝暦元年（未年）十月、跡式（家督相続）として御知行百五十石を下し置かれ、御家老附与力に召し出された事
一、同六年（子年）閏十一月、弥太夫と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一、同十年（辰年）正月、御上京の節にお供を務めた事
一、明和八年（卯年）四月、日光御社参の節に昼夜廻りの勤めを仰せ付けられた事
一、天明元年（丑年）七月、男子がいるけれども虚弱であるため、弟の寅三郎を養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された事
一、同四年（辰年）五月二十一日、五十歳で病死

1. In the same 6th year (Year of the Rat), intercalary 11th month, his request to change his name to Yatadayū was granted.
1. In the same 10th year (Year of the Dragon), 1st month, he served as an attendant during the lord's journey to Kyoto.
1. In the 8th year of Meiwa (Year of the Rabbit), 4th month, he was ordered to perform day and night patrol duties during the pilgrimage to Nikkō Shrine.
1. In the 1st year of Tenmei (Year of the Ox), 7th month, although he had a son, the child was frail, so his request to adopt his younger brother Torasaburō was granted.
1. In the same 4th year (Year of the Dragon), 5th month, 21st day, he died of illness at the age of 50.
