現代語訳
候につき、御褒美として新身の槍一穂を下し置かれ候事
一、同月、去る未年より去る丑年まで七ヶ年、観音崎・平根山両御台場の御番を怠りなく相勤め候段を仰せ出され候事
一、同年六月、諳厄利亜船が浦賀湊へ着いた旨で御用のため白川御陣屋より竹ヶ岡へ罷り越し候
但し六月十四日より同二十二日まで浦賀湊にて異船廻りを相固め候事
一、同年七月、異国船が白浜沖へ相見え候由、白川御陣屋より注進これあり候につき、営門御番を相勤め候事
一、同月、願いの通り馬術締り方を御免成され候事
一、同年九月、去る十月房州沖へ異船が相見え候節、御用を相勤め候につき御酒を下され候事
一、同二年（卯年）三月、相州御引請後、異国船がたびたび漂流これあり、去夏中は御領
