現代語訳
一、天明三年（卯年）九月、御勘定頭を仰せ付けられ、御役料三石は只今まで通り下し置かれたこと
一、同八年（申年）十二月、満期まで御勘定仕詰を宜しく出精して相勤めたにつき、只今までの御役料三石の御加増として御直に下され、その外に一人扶持の御役料を下し置かれたこと
一、寛政二年（戌年）七月、願いの通り御擬作を召し上げられたこと
一、同十一年（未年）八月三日病死、法名源広院通誉智達居士、導師・葬所は同上
