○福神（ふくじん）なり天南星（てんなんせい）
といふ星（ほし）の化現（けげん）なり

弁才天女（べんざいてんにょ）
○衆生に智慧と福をお与えになる。
琵琶を弾かれる姿で表現され、
また妙音天女ともいう。
福禄寿（ふくろくじゅ）
○福神である。天南星という星の
化身である。
頭が長く、柱杖に経を結び付けて
持っている。
鶴を愛する。また鹿を
愛するともいう。

貧困を転じて福者にしようと誓われた。
摩訶羅神ともいう。
蛭子（えびす）
○伊弉諾尊の第三の御子、

という。市での売買を
お守りになる御神である。

Benzaiten-nyo (Sarasvatī)
○She bestows wisdom and fortune upon all sentient beings.
She is depicted playing the biwa (lute),
and is also called Myōon-tennyo (Goddess of Beautiful Sound).
Fukurokuju
○He is a god of fortune. He is the manifestation
of the star called Tennansei (Canopus).
He has a long head and carries a staff
with a sutra tied to it.
He loves cranes. It is also said that he
loves deer.

Nishinomiya Ebisu Saburō-dono.
He is the deity who protects
commerce and trade in markets.
