余り、味は美味である。皮は刀の柄や鞘に作るのに用いる。
○鯄（カナガシラ）は魴鮄（ホウボウ）に似ている。小児の食い初めに必ず用いる。
○鱠残魚（キスゴ）は別名を王余魚（ワウヨギョ）という。呉王が船中で鱠（なます）を海に捨てたところ、それが魚となった。今の王余魚がこれである。
○鯽（フナ）は小鯉に似て色が黒い。五味に合わせて煮て食べると

○虚羸（虚弱）を治し、中（体内）を温め、気を下し、下痢・腸痔を止める。蓴（ヌナワ）と合わせて汁物にすると、胃が弱くて食物が消化しないのを治し、中を整え、五臓を増す。
○鮧（ナマズ）は水腫を治し、小便を利し、下血・脱肛の痛みに、葱と同じく煮て食べるとよい。

○Kanagashira (red gurnard) resembles hōbō (sea robin). It is always used for infants' first solid food ceremony.
○Kisugō (whiting) is also called ōyogyo. When the King of Wu threw sashimi into the sea from his ship, it became fish. Today's ōyogyo is this fish.

○it treats weakness and emaciation, warms the interior, moves qi downward, and stops diarrhea and intestinal hemorrhoids. When combined with water shield and made into soup, it treats weak stomach and poor digestion, regulates the interior, and strengthens the five organs.
